BOOKINGS
1.1 You are required to allocate enough time when booking the journey to allow for check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. GL transfers will not be responsible for any delay that has been caused by your failure to allocate enough time to reach your destination on time. Please also allow any extra time required for security and baggage collection when booking arrival pick up.
1.2 It is your responsibility to order a vehicle that is of suitable size for all of the passengers and luggage. A child of any age is classed as a single passenger.
1.3 All bookings must have correct flight numbers inputted including time of arrival/departure.
1.4 the booker/passenger has full responsibility to ensure booking details are correct GL transfers take no responsibility for missed flights.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
1.5 all prices are only quotations based on information provided by the booker and GL transfers has the right to amend the price if journey or itinerary has changed.
1.6 All our quotations include free 25 minutes awaiting time. All parking charges and extra waiting time after the goodwill time must be paid to directly to the driver.
1.7 all payments for arrivals must be made in full via our online payment portal or bank transfer 24 hours before pick up date. All departure payments can be made directly to the driver upon drop off. Refunds will only be issued if booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to booking time.
CANCELLATIONS
1.8 all bookings must be cancelled within 24 hours of booking/pick up time. No refunds will be issued for bookings that are cancelled after that period.
1.9 all bookings must be cancelled via email/phone and a confirmation of cancellations must be received or a charge may still be incurred.
LIABILITY
2.0 GL transfers are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays including traffic and vehicle issues. There are no circumstances GL transfer will be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.
2.1 GL transfer or the drivers of the company are not liable for any damage to your luggage or your self due to any incidents that may occur during your travel with us.
2.2 n the unlikely event we are unable to provide you with your suitable vehicle we will endeavour to send you a vehicle of similar size to honour the booking and amend the price of your journey accordingly.

2.3 We take the security and privacy of your data very seriously and have taken all necessary steps to ensure we are compliant with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR
